South 1st/Lamar LoopsTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -

The workout starts at the pedestrian bridge (as always, we meet at Mean Eyed Cat at 7p. We take the pedestrian bridge to Auditorium Shores (mile 0) which is about 800m and then we group up, cross south 1st bridge, and come back the other way to lamar pedestrian bridge (another ~800m). We do this a lot of times and follow up with some beers at Mean Eyed Cat.If this is your first RAW workout, or you haven't signed our waiver yet, click here and do that before you come to RAW.
