Woodmont RelaysTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -
Heading over to Woodmont Dr. and Exposition to do some loops. We'll be in teams of 2. The 'A' group will do 5 loops each (so 5k of hard running each) and the 'B' group will do 4 loops each so we all finish together. Each loop is pretty much exactly 1000m.
