Pease Park - Rainbow Bend LoopsTONIGHT #HAF- Details*About the workout* -
We are headed to Pease Park tonight to do 2-3 loops of a route called Rainbow Bend. Also, if this is your first RAW workout, you we need you to sign the waiver. Click here.If you want to meet us on site, type in 1100 Kingsbury St. in your GPS.The route for the loops Start at the base / parking lot of Pease Park (1107 Kingsbury St.) Hard up the hill Jog easy Left on Rainbow Bend (go #HAF) Right on Windsor Rd. and go easy until you hit ParkwayRight on Parkway and go #HAF until you hit MEET- Mean Eyed Cat

Every week, someone in the crew brings water for everyone. This is self managed and you can simply select a week to do it and bring it onsite to the workout so when everyone gets there, there's already water. We have enough people coming every week that no one should ever have to do it more than once a year. You can sign up by clicking here.

WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way!
