We go to the track and do 400m repeats. We give you a partner, and your recovery is the duration of your partner running a 400.

- Every week at RAW, we ask our members to bring water for the entire crew. It's hot, there's a lot of people and no one should have to do it more than twice in a year. You can sign up for a week by clicking here.
