Workout Details

Rollingwood Hills is a great hill we do in... Rollingwood. This is one big hill, and while it doesn't look like much it's deceptively tough and #HAF. This is a 540m hill that we'll do a between 4-6 times. A few is loose because....well, anything could happen when we get there. There is an option to do a shorter loop to so don't get intimidated by this map.

We named it after Kevin Crabb because somehow, everytime we do the workout, he's the only one that know's what's going on.
