Workout Details

Affectionately named after William - we head to the OG Bouldin Hills and run the side streets #HAF and go uphill very slow and easy. The workout is about 2 miles of running hard up, and 2 miles running back down.

Warning - the warm up is slightly longer than usual - so if you aren't comfortable or willing to run 1.75 miles as a warm up and/or cool down, please drive to 801 Bouldin Ave, 78704 and park your car on the road.
