Workout Details

Heading over to Woodmont Dr. and Exposition to do some loops. We'll be in teams of 2. The 'A' group will do 5 loops each (so 5k of hard running each) and the 'B' group will do 4 loops each so we all finish together.

Each loop is pretty much exactly 1000m.

7.00p - Pre-workout announcements
7.05p - Warm up to starts to the workout location
7.20p - Workout Starts
8.20p - Post workout hanging out and drinking beers at Mean Eyed Cat
