Barton Springs Pool Mile Repeats 

Workout Details

We start and meet at the statute of the main entrance to Barton Springs Pool. The loop is a little longer than a mile, so we normally run a mile, and when it stops we all gather and jog forward to the start. We do 4-5 repeats depending on the weather and the time of the year

7.05p - Warm up to starts to the workout location
7.20p - Workout Starts
8.20p - Post workout hanging out and drinking beers at Mean Eyed Cat
