Workout Details
We go to the trail and do 800m repeats. You pick a partner and your recovery is the duration of your partner running an 800.
If you’re bringing water OR driving, park near the track and meet us at the boat ramp (pin below).

7.00p - Pre-workout announcements
7.05p - Warm up to starts to the workout location
7.20p - Workout Starts
8.20p - Post workout hanging out and drinking beers at Mean Eyed Cat
