Workout Details

Rollingwood Hills is a great hill we do in... Rollingwood. This is one big hill, and while it doesn't look like much it's deceptively tough and #HAF. This is a 540m hill that we'll do a between 4-6 times. A few is loose because....well, anything could happen when we get there. There is an option to do a shorter loop to so don't get intimidated by this map.
