We had a strong showing last RAW, and were bringing it back hard with the ORIGINAL RAW workout at Bouldin Hills.Think about it. What a great way to introduce your friends to this weird little running group, than on the original OG RAW Workout. Again we will have two group options MAF + HAF.and as always.....we don't GAF what you do the rest of the week:

Meeting Spot: Bicycle World (formerly 

Jack & Adams Bike Shop

) @ 6:55pm, or meet at Austin High School track @ 7:15pm

Warmup starts: 7:00pm

Workout: Bouildin HillHAF: Hill Lader; up five streets, back down five streets (total of 10 repeats)MAF: Up to the top of the hill (total of 5 repeats)

Course: Bouldin Hill off Barton Springs

Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and burgers at P-Terrys
