RAW sqUAd, Ok, the competition is really, really hot and we're down by just 5 milers to Riot Squad. But we can get there. Because the Moody Foundation is matching the 10k, it's really $20,000 that we're aiming to win First of all, tonight (10/29) at 6p you can come to Austin High Track and do a mile with us on the track. We'll be there from 6-7p. Mark Pinales and JoJo are going to try and run really, really fast and so will our 10 best folks. From there, we'll all do a mile ourselves if you want to come on with it!The rules are actually more complicated than we initially though, so here's what we need each of you to do. And you have only until 11/1 to get it done (just go outside and get it done right now). 1) Download MapMyRun on your favorite device (iPhone/Android) and sync your device there. 2) Join our team on FitRankings and make sure you have a device synced. 3) Run/walk 1 mile, exactly. Well, pretty close to exact, basically just be pretty close to a mile. You need to start your wearable, run a mile, stop your wearable, and record that as an activity. Unfortunately, a 4 mile continuous run doesn't count - it's just a singular individual mile which will then populate on MMR and then subsequently on FR. Lastly, we put together some social images you can use to share with. According to Zo, if we win this challenge (20k to JKL Foundation) then we'll replace Paras as the graphic designer with someone that...well, can not pick color schemes and pictures like a 4 year old.

WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.
