We're back to a RAW classic tomorrow night with a ladder at Barton Springs, followed by some Chutes of beer at Barton Springs Saloon.

Workout Details
Meeting Spot: Bicycle World (300 S Lamar Blvd #L, Austin, TX 78704; formerly
Jack & Adams Bike Shop
) @ 6:55pm, or meet at the Barton Springs at 7:15pm
Warmup starts: 7:00pm
Workout: Ladders at Barton Springs
HAF is 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1, rest at half of each interval.MAF is 1-2-3-4-3-2-1, rest at 2 minutes between each interval.
Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and burgers at P-Terrys
