After the first inaugural RAW Beer Mile, it's time to shake off the two-day hangover and hit the CAP for a workout under the lights.Speaking of Beer Miles, the WORLD CHAMPS is going down in ATX in two weeks. Signup individually or as a relay team here See you tonight!

Workout Details
******BRING WATER*****
Meeting Spot: Bicycle World (formerly
Jack & Adams Bike Shop
) @ 6:55pm, or meet at the State Capitol @ 7:20pm
Warmup starts: 7:00pm
Workout: Relays loops @ 30mins
Course: Alternating Loops Around the Capitol (see image below - green=short loop, yellow=long loop)
Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and burgers at P-Terrys
