RAW Workout #97 - Beer Mile Prep
Turkey gorging is around the corner, and the beer mile champs are next week. We are going to do a nice easy run to the Austin High Track and do a few 400 repeats to lock in that beer mile pace. Also, the final RAW MILE TRIAL of the year is around the corner, so this should give you a chance to lock in your 400m pace.The WORLD CHAMPS is going down in ATX . Meeting Spot: Bicycle World (formerly
Jack & Adams Bike Shop
) @ 6:55pm, or meet at Austin High Track @ 7:30pm
Warmup starts: 7:00pm
Workout: Jog to Austin High, 400m repeats, Jog back
Course: Austin High Track
Post-Workout: 8:30pm Beers at BSS and burgers at P-Terrys
