Wow - last night was awesome. Great to see everyone going #HAF last night, especially those that just came back from a hard weekend (Slim, Jason, Mark did Run For The Water, Addie did NYC Marathon, Mike at WurstFest, and many, many more that I'm forgetting off the top of my head).
Ok, now for the good stuff in this special edition one-off email.
On
November 16th
, Resident Runners, our friends from New York, are continuing their tour around the country with an Austin edition of Taco Run. We'll meet at
Baby A's on Barton Springs at 10.30am
, start an easy 5 mile run at 11.00am, and spend a couple of hours together drinking margaritas and eating tacos afterwards. It will be a lot of fun - but we need you to RSVP so we can tell the restaurant how many are coming and
.
Other things that are cooking as we look to wrap up the year:
We're working on picking a date for what will almost certainly be the best Friday Night Lights we've done yet. Scotty v Taylor Millington in a 1 mile duel and Alonso v Claire in a 400m. In the words of Claire last night "just pick a date." So we're working on it - but the hype is real, the shit talking is off the charts, and we'll bring some high quality production value to the table.
December 3rd - Winter Mile Time Trial
December 17th - RAW Holiday Party + Pub Run [more info coming]

WHY RAW
RAW began to bring people together who wanted to bust their ass each week to become better runners and improve their fitness. RAW has done just that. We've all met amazing people and have seen a lot of personal best go down along the way! It's been a great ride thus far and we look forward to continuing to roll down this road at HAF pace with all of you.

EVERYONE! RAW welcomes runners of all levels. It doesn't matter if you run a 5 or 12 minute mile, RAW workouts are designed for YOU to run at the pace that is hard for YOU. Come try a workout, bring your friends and let's get after it together!
