Special Announcement

Beach 2 Bay is now live - May 20th weekend

We're excited to announce that the much-awaited Beach 2 Bay Race Weekend is fast approaching, and we'd love for you to be a part of it. This year's event is scheduled for May 20th in Corpus Christi, and we promise a fun-filled weekend with plenty of team activities and celebrations.

We understand that cost is an important factor for everyone, so we've worked hard to keep expenses as low as possible while still ensuring a fantastic experience. The estimated all-in cost per person for the race weekend, including race entry fees, accommodation, meals, and afterparty, is approximately $525. This amount may vary slightly based on the final number of participants and other factors.

Here's a brief overview of the weekend itinerary:

Friday, May 19th:

  • 4 PM: Packet pickup (at least one person per team) & AirBnB check-in

  • 7 PM: Team dinner at Doc’s Seafood & Steaks - 13309 S Padre Island Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78418

Saturday, May 20th:

  • 7 AM: Race start

  • 10 AM: Mandatory attendance at the finish area for awards

  • 3 PM: Beach party

  • 7 PM: Afterparty at Boathouse Bar & Grill - 15241 Leeward Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78418

Sunday, May 21st:

  • Check-out and departure

If you're interested in joining us for this exciting weekend, please fill this out the below link for registration. Once we receive your registration, we'll assign teams and team captains, book accommodations, and provide further instructions.

Beach 2 Bay Registration

Hi Everyone! We are organizing Beach 2 Bay on May 19-21 in Corpus Christi! Please fill out this form and look for communication within the next two weeks about organizing teams and logistics. The estimated costs are (ROUGH ESTIMATE) $48 - race fee, $225 for AirBnb housing, $125 for meals, $50 travel, and obviously any additional expenses such as drinks, beach activities, and such. Be prepared to venmo your team captain once housing and race fees are booked. This trip is tons of fun, but it is a team activity. Be ready to communicate with your team and organize!

We'll also set up a central team communication chat on WhatsApp to keep everyone updated and connected throughout the event.

Last year, we had around 60 participants across 10 teams, and we're expecting a bigger turnout this year.
