Zilker Relays - RAW Tent + After Party

Another Zilker Relays year

Hi all,

For the first time since we started doing Zilker Relays in 2014 … we’re organized? Big thanks to Alejandro for putting teams together, getting our tent space set up, and all the little things in between. We have the most amount of teams of any club out there so we are expecting a super fun, super fast night.

Some things from Alejandro —

1) Parking will be a nightmare. Plan accordingly (take uber/lyft). If you do drive, you can park for free either under Mopac Bridge or Barton Springs Pool parking lot. If you plan on coming to the Unofficial Official After Party, just start with Uber. Arrive before 6PM to Zilker Park.

2) Packet pickup (Today & Tomorrow): Thursday | Marathon Kids HQ 11:00 am–1:00 pm Friday | Onsite Near Start/Finish Line 4:00 pm–6:00 pm

3) Wear RAW gear (singlet, t-shirt etc).

4) Alejandro will have the tent set up by 4PM - if you arrive early there will be a place to hang out!

Other things —

Our after party will start around 8.30p or so at Mean Eyed Cat. Give us a few minutes on either side of this. This is dependent on William and Paras getting there to get the party started.

Under Armour is sponsoring our after party. If you’re hanging out, racing tomorrow, drinking at the after party, and you’re not tagging @uarunning on IG, then don’t ask us for a wrist band at the afterparty.

Bryan Deibel will be taking pictures during the race so we should have a big ole’ photo album afterwards that we will send out.
